You can help more people to obtain employment by receiving people who can participate in work training. The Swedish Public Employment Service will help you get started. Work training is part of the job and development guarantee program with the aim of giving job seekers training in the workplace.
What is work training?
Work training means that a person may for a certain duration of time be at your workplace and participate in the business. The participant will be given the opportunity to perform tasks in a customised form and under supervision without any demands of productivity. Work training does not have to be about learning specific tasks. It can be about participating in a work situation, for example, socialising with workmates, and getting acquainted with the demands and expectations that exist in a workplace.
